The Forward Press was born from a passion for the game and a desire to see the talent of our local footy stars acknowledged. Tired of reviews built only from the scoreline, we seek to build a platform to recognise footy skills from across the ladder.
Celebrating every player
The local competition in Sydney is rich with female AFL talent, not limited to the friends among us who succeed into the AFLW. The Forward Press is for those who believe that local footy coverage should celebrate every teammate, from the quiet 1 percenters to the bag kickers.
